Custom pools · Umbria and Tuscany
Your pool, overlooking the most beautiful landscape in Italy.
We design, build and look after pools, hot tubs and wellness areas, and have done for over 25 years. One point of contact from the first site visit to your first swim, and long after.
What we do
Everything your pool needs, from one team.
Choose a turnkey project or just what you need: installation, filtration, renovation or scheduled maintenance.

Our work
One of our pools in Tuscany.
Travertine coping and sun deck, a dark lining that turns the water into a mirror of the sky, and a full-width entry step. The hills behind it.
Why 3A Piscine
Building experience, a craftsman's care.
For over 25 years we have worked only on pools and wellness. We know the sloping land of the hills, the local stone and the rules in historic villages.

Frequently asked questions
Before you start, the answers you need.
How much does it cost to build a pool?
It depends on size, structure, infinity or skimmer, linings, the land and site access. That's why we don't publish price lists: after a free site visit you receive a detailed, itemised quote for your project.
Do I need a permit for an in-ground pool?
In most cases yes. The permit depends on the municipality and on the project. We work regularly with local surveyors (geometri) and architects and support you through the technical side.
Can you look after my pool if I don't live in Italy?
Yes. We arrange everything on WhatsApp or by email, organise access with you or your caretaker and send you photos and videos after every visit.
Can I renovate my old pool instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. New lining, coping, filtration and lighting can transform an existing pool for less time and money than a new build.
Do you speak English?
We reply in writing in English, on WhatsApp or by email. Feel free to write in your own language.
